Salon, Barbershop & Spa Interior Design in Nairobi

Why choose KejaPal for salon & spa design?

We combine design and build under one roof, so the salon & spa design you approve in 3D is exactly what our team delivers — on a fixed quote, with one point of contact from start to finish.

• 3D designs before any money is spent on materials
• Itemised written quotes with no hidden costs
• Our own trained crews — no disappearing fundis
• Workmanship warranty and aftercare

Materials we recommend

• Water-resistant flooring
• Backlit mirrors
• Easy-clean upholstery

Common mistakes to avoid

• Harsh lighting that's unflattering on skin
• Too few power points at stations
• No storage for stock

How long does it take?

Most projects like this take 3–6 weeks from approved design to handover, depending on size and the materials chosen. We agree a written schedule before work starts.

How is the cost worked out?

Every project is priced on its own — by the size of the space, the materials and finishes you choose, and the amount of building work involved. After a free consultation we give you an itemised written quote, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

Our salon & spa design process

Good salon & spa design is about planning more than decoration. Every KejaPal project follows the same clear steps, so you always know what happens next and what you're paying for.

1. Free consultation. We visit your space, or meet on a video call, to understand how you use it, your style and your budget.
2. Measure & brief. We take accurate measurements and photos and agree a written brief so nothing is assumed.
3. Concept & 3D design. You get a mood board, a layout and 3D renders. We revise until you're happy.
4. Fixed written quote. An itemised quote covering materials, labour and timeline — before you commit to anything.
5. Build & install. Our own crews and workshop build and install everything, with one project manager reporting to you.
6. Handover & aftercare. We snag, style and hand over a clean, finished space, backed by a workmanship warranty.

Salon & spa design ideas and trends in Kenya

Kenyan clients increasingly want spaces that look premium but are practical for dust, sunshine, power cuts and busy family or business life. These are the salon & spa design ideas we're designing most often right now:

• Branded reception areas that tell your story in the first ten seconds
• Glass partitions and acoustic panels that keep open offices bright but quiet
• Hybrid layouts: hot desks, focus booths, a meeting room for every team size
• Biophilic design — planters, timber and daylight — to lift wellbeing and productivity
• Durable, easy-clean finishes for clinics, salons, shops and high-traffic floors

We'll help you choose what suits your space and budget rather than follow a trend that dates quickly.

Who our salon & spa design service is for

We regularly work with hair salons and barbershops, nail bars, spas and massage studios. Instagram-worthy salons, barbershops and spas that keep clients coming back. Whether it's your first project or your tenth, you get the same senior designer, a 3D design and a written quote before work begins.
