Home Office Design in Nairobi

Why choose KejaPal for home office design?

We combine design and build under one roof, so the home office design you approve in 3D is exactly what our team delivers — on a fixed quote, with one point of contact from start to finish.

• 3D designs before any money is spent on materials
• Itemised written quotes with no hidden costs
• Our own trained crews — no disappearing fundis
• Workmanship warranty and aftercare

Materials we recommend

• Solid wood or laminate desks
• Acoustic wall panels
• Task lighting
• Concealed cable trays

Common mistakes to avoid

• Desks facing a bright window (screen glare)
• No storage, so papers spread everywhere
• Poor chair height

How long does it take?

Most projects like this take 1–3 weeks from approved design to handover, depending on size and the materials chosen. We agree a written schedule before work starts.

How is the cost worked out?

Every project is priced on its own — by the size of the space, the materials and finishes you choose, and the amount of building work involved. After a free consultation we give you an itemised written quote, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

Our home office design process

Good home office design is about planning more than decoration. Every KejaPal project follows the same clear steps, so you always know what happens next and what you're paying for.

1. Free consultation. We visit your space, or meet on a video call, to understand how you use it, your style and your budget.
2. Measure & brief. We take accurate measurements and photos and agree a written brief so nothing is assumed.
3. Concept & 3D design. You get a mood board, a layout and 3D renders. We revise until you're happy.
4. Fixed written quote. An itemised quote covering materials, labour and timeline — before you commit to anything.
5. Build & install. Our own crews and workshop build and install everything, with one project manager reporting to you.
6. Handover & aftercare. We snag, style and hand over a clean, finished space, backed by a workmanship warranty.

Home office design ideas and trends in Kenya

Kenyan clients increasingly want spaces that look premium but are practical for dust, sunshine, power cuts and busy family or business life. These are the home office design ideas we're designing most often right now:

• Warm minimalism — soft whites, natural timber and linen, with clutter hidden in built-in storage
• Afro-contemporary accents: woven baskets, kikoy textiles and local art against calm walls
• Japandi living rooms with low furniture, oak tones and indirect cove lighting
• Statement TV walls in fluted MDF or stone-effect panels
• Open-plan kitchen and living spaces zoned with rugs, lighting and a dining pendant

We'll help you choose what suits your space and budget rather than follow a trend that dates quickly.

Who our home office design service is for

We regularly work with remote workers, business owners working from home, students. Productive, comfortable home offices — from a corner desk to a full study. Whether it's your first project or your tenth, you get the same senior designer, a 3D design and a written quote before work begins.
